Introductory Sessions

The first two introductory sessions are intended for exploring the client’s situation and the necessary steps for deciding on the form and type of psychotherapeutic process. Within these sessions, referral for clinical-psychological testing or psychodiagnostics may also be provided. Based on the introductory sessions, the therapeutic process and therapist are proposed and agreed upon.

Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy

This is a specific form of psychotherapy that addresses developmentally conditioned difficulties in childhood and adolescence. Various techniques and methods are used to explore, recognize, and address psychological challenges, while also fostering the creative abilities and potential of the individual. Play therapy, drawing, and other creative tools are commonly employed, and the child’s or adolescent’s immediate environment (parents, family) is actively included in the process. The approach is based on psychoanalytic theories of the development of the child’s mental life.

Individual Psychotherapy for (Young) Adults

Two forms of individual psychotherapy are psychoanalytic psychotherapy and psychoanalysis. The boundary between them is not strictly defined, which is also reflected in the work of the psychotherapist or analyst.

Psychoanalysis is not limited in time and is open to all topics the patient brings. Psychotherapy, on the other hand, is often set as time-limited from the outset, or its aim is a shorter and more focused treatment of certain, but not all, of the patient’s themes, difficulties, and symptoms.

The goal of psychotherapy is the alleviation and resolution of symptoms, primarily through the patient’s self-awareness of their own reactions to the external environment and to significant others in both the present and the past. Psychoanalysis, however, seeks a deeper transformation of the patient’s personality traits and mental processes.

Couples Psychotherapy

Couples psychotherapy offers partners a shared space in which they can explore the dynamics of their relationship—both conscious and unconscious aspects that affect them. The therapy creates opportunities for constructive resolution of situations and difficulties, as well as for discovering the most suitable ways to build a fulfilling partnership.

Group Psychotherapy

The fundamental principles of group work are based on the agreed framework (setting) of group meetings. In addition to defining the frequency and duration of meetings and deciding on a closed group (fixed membership) or an open group (allowing new members to join and existing members to leave), participants are mutually committed to respecting confidentiality and ethical principles. The rules of the group and its boundaries are clearly established by agreement.

It is important to recognize both the differences and similarities among members while fostering equality and mutual respect. All agreements are made together with all members before the group begins its work. For interested candidates, introductory interviews are conducted after registration to assess inclusion in the group.

Psychotherapy in Serbian

The most important experience is finding someone with whom we speak the “same” language.

The language of communication in the psychotherapeutic relationship and process is of essential importance for expressing, recognizing, understanding, and resolving difficulties and challenges. Communicating in one’s mother tongue provides a different emotional experience in the psychotherapeutic process compared to communication in a foreign or second language.

Group Supervision

The added value of group supervision lies not only in the group dynamics but also in clinical seminars, which bring additional theoretical insights alongside practical experience. The purpose of group supervision is to share clinical cases within the group, receive feedback and associations, recognize transference and countertransference dynamics through the group process, and strengthen theoretical understanding of professional themes that arise.A group consists of up to six participants, who are engaged in their psychotherapeutic practice, together with a supervisor.

Educational Programs

Education for working with people never ends—it is constantly supplemented, expanded, and transformed. It is an infinite, never fully explored galaxy, similar to the human soul.

Within the framework of our educational programs, we offer introductory and advanced seminars in the fields of psychotherapy and psychoanalysis. A special form of our educational programs are multi-day workshops, where therapeutic work is combined with various activities aimed at managing stress, tension, aggression, fears, and similar challenges. These activities include sports (free diving, martial arts), artistic expression, psychodrama, and others.

System and Corporate Consulting

Only creative, healthy, and well-guided systems, together with an understanding of how individuals function within them, can lead us toward a healthy society and future.

We offer the following to systems and companies:

Consulting

(Therapeutic) consulting includes identifying, analyzing, and proposing measures and methods for the effective functioning of work processes—both in the relationship between company management and employees, as well as in relationships among employees and with the company’s external partners.

Education and group facilitation

This involves identifying employees’ needs for additional explanations, presentations, and educational programs on predefined and recognized topics that can significantly contribute to improving the work environment and relationship culture within the company. The programs are conducted interactively, with active participation, presentations, and discussions on selected topics. The topics are determined in collaboration with participants and/or company management.

Facilitation of experiential therapeutic groups and individual sessions

After the completion of the first two stages, groups are formed, and individual analyses are carried out for those who will participate in group workshops.

In addition to these three core areas, we also offer workshops and seminars tailored to specific groups or companies. These can take the form of multi-day workshops, where therapeutic work is combined with various activities aimed at managing stress, strain, aggression, fear, and other challenges. Such activities may include sports (freediving, martial arts), artistic expression, psychodrama, and other forms of creative exploration.
